Notice of Annual General Meeting of Fun4All 2015
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Fun4All which is to be held on Monday 26th October 2015 at 79 Eastern Avenue, Chippenham SN15 3LL at 6:00pm for the following purposes:
- To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting
- To receive the Annual Report of the Trustees and Accounts
- To deal with the retirement, appointment and nomination of Trustees

Members of Fun4All are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM and may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote in his/her place. A proxy form is enclosed and must be received no later than noon Friday 16 October 2015. Forms may be submitted by post to Fun4All
