Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Fun4All which is to be held on Monday 26th October 2015 at 79 Eastern Avenue, Chippenham SN15 3LL at 6:00pm for the following purposes:

• To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 15 September 2014

• To receive the Annual Report of the Trustees and Accounts of the year ending 30th April 2015

• To deal with the retirement, appointment and nomination of Trustees

Members of Fun4All are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM and may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote in his/her place. A proxy form is enclosed and must be received no later than noon Friday 16 October 2015.
