Bath Half Marathon 3/3/2013

Over £300 had been raised thanks to the sterling efforts of Amanda Williams

The Bath Half Marathon – or the ‘Bath Half’ as it is affectionately known, is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. It is also the largest charity fundraising event in the South West region, raising over £1.5 million for charity last year alone.  We are most thankful for Amanda running on behalf of Fun4all.

On March 3 Chippenham Mum Amanda Williams from  Pewsham completed the Bath Half-marathon in 2hours 21 minutes and raised £300 for Fun4All in the process. She was urged on by her 2 daughters, who were justifiably proud of their Mum’s achievement.

Grateful thanks go to all 3 runners as, by their efforts, Fun4All will be able to provide an increased number of residential breaks, outings, and craft workshops for its members to foster the feeling of inclusion, rather than exclusion.

For Membership Applications, Event Details, Donations and further information please feel free to e-mail info@fun4all.org.uk
